Player Feature – Laura Dostaler

When it comes to hockey in Alberta, Laura Dostaler is as grassroots as they come. Dostaler was born and raised in Edmonton where she started playing for the Edmonton Chimos of the WWHL. In 2011, she had the opportunity to join Team Alberta, making history along the way by scoring the first goal in franchise history.

Dostaler constantly plays a big role to support the team both on and off the ice, while being a part of the Inferno’s 2016 Clarkson Cup Championship. Laura has four goals and two assists so far this season.

Be sure to catch Laura Dostaler at the autograph session following the next Calgary Inferno home game!
